Big Sky Montana Real Estate Agent
Amelia Smith is a marketing expert and licensed Bozeman real estate agent, utilizing over a decade of marketing experience to elevate client listings and maximize exposure through customized websites, professional photography and video, and enhanced social media campaigns. Her eye for interior and home design enables clients to envision the full potential of each property she represents, and she thrives on the challenge of buying and selling in a competitive market.
Connection is her love language—whether it’s school suggestions for parents, restaurant recommendations or referrals to local service providers like banks, lenders, appraisers or vacation rental property managers. As a former employee of Big Sky Chamber of Commerce and Visit Big Sky, Amelia is an expert on the area. She knows what it’s like to be new in town, and she graciously widens the network for all of her clients during and after the home-buying process.
Working with Amelia, you’re not just buying a house. You’re plugging yourself in to a web of welcoming locals who look forward to helping you build your life in Bozeman, MT.
As a mom of two young boys, she understands the need for supportive peer relationships and camaraderie—and after almost 10 years, she’s still amazed by the community of parents and families that she’s tapped into here in the Gallatin Valley. From fishing and boating to teaching her youngest to ski at two years old, Amelia raises her kids to cherish the beauty of nature and appreciate the unparalleled access that this area provides.
Born and raised in the mountains of Western North Carolina, Amelia grew up skiing, hiking, fishing and living close to nature. She always dreamed of moving out west, and after just one visit, she knew that Bozeman ticked all the boxes for nurturing the fulfilling life that she and Greg wanted: access to the outdoors, strong year-round community, creative entrepreneurial spirit, well-funded school systems and an emphasis on supporting local businesses and protecting public lands.
Her favorite part of her job as a realtor? Getting to know new clients, playing matchmaker with properties and people, and ultimately, walking beside you throughout the entire process from start to finish. Many clients have become friends along the way, and that outcome is just as much a success as any formal transaction completed.
