All About Big Sky
Big Sky montana is a year-round mountain destination for skiing, fly fishing and outdoor recreation. Its located 45 miles southwest of Bozeman Montana, and 50 Miles to the west entrance of Yellowstone national Park.
Big Sky is uniquely positioned in the Gallatin National Forest and is set in a beautiful alpine terrain with views Lone Mountain from almost anywhere. Big Sky Meadow Village
Big Sky’s Meadow village and Town Center is about 8 miles from Big Sky Resort, and is the main retail and dining area. This gives it status as the “downtown of Big Sky”. Here you’ll find bars, restaurants, boutiques and grocery markets. In the summer there is a wonderful weekly farmer’s market and live music concerts. There’s a lot of options for both commercial and residential real estate in town center.
Big Sky Mountain Village
Head up the hill to Big Sky’s Mountain Village, the area around the base of Lone Mountain. This is also where you’ll also find Big Sky Resort with some of the best access to big mountain skiing in the world. When it comes to real estate there are many options here. The mountain village features ski-in ski out properties as well as luxury condos with incredible mountain views.
This is also the area where you’ll find Big Sky’s private club communities including Spanish Peaks Mountain Club and Moonlight Basin.
