2. Gallatin health department addresses the first case of COVID-19
On March 14 the Gallatin County Health Department held a press conference to update the public on a confirmed COVID-19 case in Gallatin County. The individual who tested positive for the coronavirus in Gallatin County is a male in his 40s who returned from Europe on Wednesday, was tested Thursday, and confirmed positive by Friday evening

3. Gallatin Country order issued imposes restrictions on bars and restaurants
An order issued Monday, March 16th, by Gallatin City-County Health Officer, Matt Kelley, imposes restrictions on bars, breweries, wineries, distilleries, restaurants, and casinos. These restrictions begin at 9:00 p.m. Monday, March 16, through Tuesday, March 24, pending further notification. This order does not apply to grocery stores or deli counters within grocery stores, or to convenience stores.
