One&Only’s First Luxury Resort in the United States is coming to Montana in 2024. One&Only Luxury Hotel and Residences’ Moonlight Basin location will also offer lavish private residences starting at $8.45 million, as well as the first US spa by Chenot.
“Situated in the untamed wilderness of Montana, One&Only Moonlight Basin Private Homes offer beautifully designed residences available with five and six bedrooms, all blending in seamlessly with this remarkable landscape of forests and peaks.”
One&Only Moonlight Basin Private Homes, designed by renowned architects Olson Kundig, are available with a choice of five and six bedrooms, in two- and three-story plans. Enveloped by Big Sky’s evergreen forests and snow-capped peaks, these expansive residences provide the perfect space for family and friends to gather, relax and rejuvenate after a day of adventure in the great outdoors. A site plan outlines the intended development and layout of the One&Only Luxury Hotel in Big Sky.
The Moonlight Basin One&Only Luxury Hotel and Residences will include 73 guest rooms and suites in the main lodge, 19 secluded villas throughout the resort, a separate ski lodge, and a Chenot Spa. The resort will also introduce the first community of One&Only Private Homes in the U.S., offering 62 private residences throughout the landscape. The resort is expected to open in 2024.
The resort hopes to act as both the nexus for adventure and a space to unwind between activities. From hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, fly fishing and snowshoeing, to Alpine and Nordic skiing, dogsledding, and snowmobiling, personal experiences will be offered to discover the best of Big Sky. As with all One&Only properties, the resort will offer innovative programming for families with children while carefully preserving space for adults only as well.
