Big Sky Town Center Plaza
The community hub Big Sky has been developing over the last decade is here. The Big Sky Town Center finally gives our area a central shopping, dining, and gathering place. Although it continues to develop, this summer will mark the launch of the Wilson Hotel and the opening of the Town Center Plaza. Other new openings in the Big Sky Town Center this summer will include a new women’s boutique, sushi restaurant and distillery. This will create a community feel unlike we’ve ever experienced before! Big Sky Town Center is currently at approximately 50% build-out, so stay tuned for more exciting developments including the Big Sky Community Center.

The tipping point has happened and eyes from around the world are now on Big Sky. This is driving major interest in the local real estate market.
If you’re a property owner in Big Sky and you’ve been waiting for the right time to sell, now is that time! Inventory is at an all-time low, and there has been an influx of very interested buyers ready to pull the trigger. Desirable areas continue to be in Spanish Peaks Club, Moonlight Basin and the Meadow Village area.
